In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Robert Moeck. Robert Moeck is a passionate, hands-on CEO, Rob has overseen every aspect of Bay Cities Metal Products since he took the helm in 2018. A twenty-year manufacturing industry veteran and former US Navy Nuclear submarine operator, Rob was CEO of Douglas Steel Supply before his time at BCMP. Known for outside the box thinking and his ability to offer new solutions to old problems, Rob understands the importance of team-building through open communication between all employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
A West Coast native raised in California’s Central Valley, Rob is a dedicated husband and devoted father of two sons: one heading to middle school and one to college. A lifelong baseball fan, when he’s not at Bay Cities or Chavez Ravine, you can find him fishing the rivers and lakes of California.
